Sr. Associate - Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in SRE Concepts SRE DevOps and a strong understanding of the SRE Work Model. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and management of SRE practices to ensure system reliability and performance.

Oversee the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.

Provide expertise in SRE Concepts to improve system scalability and stability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues promptly.

Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address potential system failures.

Optimize system performance through continuous analysis and improvement of infrastructure.

Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code and configuration management.

Ensure the security and compliance of systems by implementing appropriate controls and measures.

Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of system performance and reliability metrics.

Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align SRE practices with business objectives and goals.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise during incidents and outages.

Qualifications

Possess a deep understanding of SRE Concepts and their practical application.

Demonstrate proficiency in SRE DevOps practices and tools.

Have experience with hybrid work models and the ability to work effectively in such environments.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Show excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Have a proven track record of optimizing system performance and reliability.

Be familiar with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.

Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

Certifications Required

Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Google Professional DevOps Engineer AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
