Sr. Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI Developer with 12 15 years of expertise in designing and developing modern, scalable, and high-performance user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies, UI/UX best practices, and a proven track record of leading UI projects from concept to deployment.

In this role, you will:

Lead the design and development of complex, responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Architect and implement reusable UI components, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Drive UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications and robust UI solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve UI development processes.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Oversee the integration of APIs and third-party services into the UI layer.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities

Requirements

12 15 years of professional experience in UI development.
Expert proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS/LESS.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility (WCAG/ARIA).
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
Proficient in using version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred
Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Prior experience in leading UI teams or large-scale UI projects.
