Sr Associate- Data analytics

As a Data Reporting & Analytics Expert in the Data & Customer Journeys team, you will be focusing on TV applications and broadband devices. Your role will involve streamlining tracking and reporting processes across central products and digital properties. This includes defining and owning the roadmap for enabling tracking, preparing senior management reports, and providing ad-hoc reporting support to product and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities: - **Tracking & Data Model Governance** - Own and standardize tracking methodologies across projects. - Develop comprehensive tagging guides for applications and projects. - Collaborate with technology teams to implement tagging. - Conduct testing of new features to ensure correct tagging. - **Reporting Ownership** - Create, automate, and distribute daily reports to stakeholders. - Set up and maintain reporting infrastructure for project releases. - **Ad-hoc Analysis & Insights** - Analyze product performance and campaign effectiveness. - Identify customer behavior trends to support growth teams. Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python. - Experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Redshift or Snowflake. - Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. - Strong business acumen in understanding KPIs and performance metrics. - Prior experience in telecommunications or digital organizations is advantageous. - Understanding of telco products, services, and related metrics preferred. - Exposure to CRM systems and automated marketing tools is a plus. - Experience with online analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Firebase, etc., is desirable.,
