Sr. Associate / Associate Manager Tax & Regulatory

As a Sr. Associate / Associate Manager in Tax & Regulatory in Hyderabad, you are expected to have a solid understanding of International Tax principles, including DTAA, OECD & UN models. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proficiency in transfer pricing principles and conducting benchmarking analysis - Applying practical knowledge of indirect tax laws - Preparing and representing cases before tax authorities for assessments, appeals, withholding tax applications, etc. - Providing advice to corporate and non-corporate clients on inbound and outbound transactions - Conducting tax audits and reviews for both corporate and non-corporate assessees - Possessing a good understanding of FEMA and other regulatory laws - Utilizing advanced computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft business applications and other tax and financial applications You should have 2-4 years of experience in tax compliance, advisory, and litigation. Additionally, you should possess the following qualifications: - CA qualification - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and research skills - Ability to multitask effectively in both independent and group settings - Proven capability to work in a deadline-driven environment with multiple projects - Skill in building and maintaining relationships with internal and client personnel - Executive presence to act as the primary contact for assigned engagements - Proficiency in interacting with professionals at all levels - Ability to research taxation topics and effectively communicate written analysis In your role, you will play a crucial part in handling tax and regulatory matters for the company while maintaining strong professional relationships and meeting deadlines efficiently.,
