Sr. Associate (Alternative Credit)

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various financial functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include reviewing monthly NAV packages, managing close processes, liaising with different teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory filings. Additionally, you will assist in preparation of financial statements and reports, participate in team projects, and contribute to process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and review monthly NAV packages from the fund administrator - Review US GAAP financial statements for reporting and SEC filings - Manage monthly and quarterly close processes - Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines - Review financial statements and footnote disclosures for multiple funds - Assist with regulatory compliance filings and management fee calculations - Monitor cash flow projections and daily cash management - Prepare information for tax estimates and annual returns - Participate in team projects for process improvements Qualifications: - 6+ years of relevant work experience - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics - Chartered Accountant or CPA license preferred - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting - Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI, and Excel - Experience with open- and close-ended funds and fixed income products - Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines - Experience with Advent Geneva is a plus Additional Details: The company values diversity and inclusion, fostering a welcoming and high-performance work environment.
