Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with 10-15 years of exp in public, commercial, institutional and recreational building projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural designs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality developments. Role & responsibilities Lead architecture design, conceptualization, detailing, and construction/execution drawing processes. Coordinate Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) aspects of projects to ensure seamless integration with architectural plans. Prepare concept plan, submission drawings, layouts, and documentation in coordination with project teams. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability regulations. Prepare and deliver presentations/proposals to stakeholders, including clients and management. Proficiently use AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software for feasibility plans, sketch designs and planning application drawings. Provide creative input and strategic direction in design planning and execution. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative construction techniques. Develop photo-realistic 3D renderings for client and management approvals. Need to lead entire design vertical. Develop & maintain in house design team. Co-ordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender drawings, and GFC drawings. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Architecture or Master Degree in Architecture having experience of architectural design, conceptualization & detailing. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & familiarization with local building codes, zoning laws, & sustainability.
