Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer - Python/Node, Multi-Cloud System Architecture Location: Chennai, Pune, Gurugaon, Kolkata Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend Engineer with a strong foundation in Python and Node.js, and proven expertise in multi-cloud deployment, system architecture, and design. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy robust backend solutions that integrate with front-end frameworks like React JS while working closely with cross-functional teams on messaging systems and Java-based architectures. Key Responsibilities: System Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems. Architect distributed systems, microservices, and messaging infrastructures with a focus on performance and reliability. Collaborate with Java architecture teams to ensure seamless integration across platforms. Backend Development: Develop and maintain high-quality backend services using Python and Node.js. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications built in React JS. Multi-Cloud Deployment DevOps: Design and implement multi-cloud deployment strategies across providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure). Automate deployment pipelines, manage container orchestration, and ensure continuous integration/delivery. Monitor system performance and manage scaling to handle high-volume workloads. Messaging Systems: Build and maintain robust messaging and event-driven systems using tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies. Ensure reliable data communication and integration between services. Collaboration Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers. Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards. Required Skills Experience: Programming Languages: Extensive experience in Python and/or Node.js for backend development. Familiarity with Java, particularly in architectural or integration roles. Web API Technologies: Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration. Exposure to frontend frameworks, especially React JS, for seamless backend-to-frontend integration. Cloud Deployment: Proven track record with multi-cloud deployment strategies and cloud-native application development. Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. Architecture System Design: Strong background in designing scalable, high-performance systems. Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and messaging platforms. Other Requirements: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work in an agile development environment.
