Job Title: Frontend Senior Manager (React Heavy + Python/Node) Location: Chennai, Pune, Gurugaon, kolkata Experience: 10+ years Job Summary: We are looking for a Frontend Senior Manager with a strong technical foundation in React. js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and Micro Frontend Architecture . The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in frontend and backend integration , multi-cloud deployment , architecture & system design , client-side vs. server-side scripting , and monitoring tools . You will play a key role in leading teams, designing scalable systems, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage frontend engineering teams, driving best practices and innovation. Architect and develop highly scalable, modular, and reusable frontend components using React. js (heavy) and Angular . Design and implement Micro Frontend architecture and ensure seamless integration with backend services built using Python/Node. js . Oversee multi-cloud deployment strategies , ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Implement client-side and server-side scripting best practices for optimized performance. Drive best practices in coding, system design, and architecture to build scalable and maintainable applications. Ensure robust unit testing strategies and integrate monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, DevOps, and product managers, to align technical solutions with business objectives. Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend and cloud technologies, incorporating them into the development process where appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications: Frontend Expertise: Strong experience in React. js (Primary), Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Micro Frontend architectures . Backend Integration: Experience working with Python/Node. js to build scalable web applications. Architecture & System Design: Proven ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance systems. Multi-Cloud Deployment: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure , including deployment strategies and CI/CD integration. Client vs. Server-Side Scripting: Strong understanding of frontend-backend interactions and performance optimizations. Testing & Monitoring: Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha , and monitoring tools like New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus . Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills to manage teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills to troubleshoot complex system issues. Good to Have: Experience with GraphQL, Webpack, Babel, and Next. js . Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices . Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for frontend applications. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
