Sr. Analyst - Workforce Analytics (PowerBI)

As a Workforce Management Specialist, your role will involve understanding and applying WFM fundamentals in a medium/large retail environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a complete understanding of WFM fundamentals and hands-on experience with Scheduling & Capacity Planning - Working in medium/large WFM environments and physical retail environments, supporting multiple channels such as Lenders and Branch environments - Utilizing Aspect WFM for scheduling, effective capacity planning, and scenario creation to meet business needs. Experience with Anaplan would be advantageous - Managing and collaborating with stakeholders up to the Head-Of level, partnering with other WFM specialist teams, Change/Projects, L&D, and other WFM support teams - Utilizing advanced MS Excel skills and Power BI reporting capabilities to interpret data and provide solutions and ideas for WFM strategies and plans - Functioning effectively in a virtual team environment and proposing ideas and solutions as required Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 6 years of experience working in Workforce Management, ideally in the Banking and Finance sector - Strong understanding of Aspect (eWFM/Alwaria) and Anaplan - Experience with PowerBI - Excellent knowledge of software and spreadsheet applications such as Excel and Access - Ability to read, interpret, and apply insights and recommendations - Strong communication skills to convey complex information in a neutral and professional manner Please note that there are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.,
