You should have a complete understanding of Workforce Management (WFM) fundamentals and hands-on experience with scheduling and capacity planning. It is essential to have proven experience in medium to large WFM environments, particularly in a physical retail environment that supports multiple channels like Lenders and Branches. Your role will involve working with Aspect WFM for scheduling, effective capacity planning, and scenario creation to meet business needs. Experience with Anaplan would be advantageous. You must be proficient in stakeholder management, collaborating with stakeholders up to the Head-Of level, and partnering with other WFM specialist teams for change/projects, learning and development, and other WFM support teams. Proficiency in advanced MS Excel skills and Power BI reporting is a minimum requirement. You should be able to interpret data, propose solutions, and contribute ideas related to WFM strategies and plans. Operating effectively in a virtual team environment and having an enterprise mindset to propose solutions when necessary are crucial. Ideally, you should have at least 6 years of experience in Workforce Management, with a focus on Banking and Finance. Strong knowledge of Aspect (eWFM/Alwaria) and Anaplan, along with PowerBI experience, is required. Excellent proficiency in software and spreadsheet applications such as Excel and Access is essential. You should be able to analyze, interpret, and apply insights and recommendations effectively, as well as communicate complex information in a clear and professional manner.,
