Sr. Analyst - International Voice Process

Role Overview: As a Sr. Analyst in the International Voice Process, your main responsibility will be to offer exceptional customer service support to clients through inbound calls, outbound calls, or online channels in accordance with client specifications. Your duties will involve resolving routine issues related to the client's products or services. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers professionally and maintain a thorough understanding of client offerings. - Accurately document customer interactions and actively participate in initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and overall business performance. - Recommend and provide additional products or services to customers based on their requirements.
