Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Alignment Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in alignment engineering, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies for complex systems. Responsibilities Develop and implement alignment strategies for complex systems. Conduct thorough analysis and testing to ensure optimal alignment of components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve alignment processes. Utilize advanced simulation tools to predict alignment outcomes. Perform root cause analysis for alignment-related issues and provide solutions. Prepare detailed documentation and reports on alignment processes and results. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. 6-10 years of experience in alignment engineering or a similar role. Proficiency in CAD software and alignment tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with measurement techniques and equipment used for alignment. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in alignment engineering.
