As a Senior AI Staff Developer in Thane, Maharashtra, India, you will play a crucial role in designing, training, and deploying advanced AI/ML models specializing in computer vision, natural language processing, and generative AI. Your expertise in Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow, along with experience in MLOps and cloud platforms like AWS/GCP, will be essential for this role. Your primary focus will involve building and optimizing intelligent models for real-time deployment on AR/VR smart glasses and immersive systems, collaborating closely with hardware, design, and product teams to seamlessly integrate AI into user experiences, thereby enhancing the intelligence, scalability, and effectiveness of next-generation products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and applied ML. - Strong experience in computer vision, transformers, and LLM fine-tuning. - Proficiency in MLOps practices like CI/CD for ML, containerization, orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). - Skills in edge AI deployment including compression, pruning, quantization, and optimization for real-time applications. - Designing data pipelines, conducting experiments, and evaluating performance metrics. **Qualifications Required:** - Spatial or Scene Understanding: Detection, tracking, segmentation, recognition, and 3D scene analysis. - Data Analytics: Handling large-scale sensor data (IoT, IMU, time-series), applying signal processing, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling. - Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, and cutting-edge AI innovations. In addition to the above, bonus points will be given for research publications in top AI/ML conferences (CVPR, NeurIPS, etc.), contributions to open-source AI frameworks, experience with multimodal AI (vision + speech + text), and familiarity with healthcare AI, AR/VR, or edge computing use cases.
