Sr. AI/ ML Engineer

Role: Senior AI/ML Engineer Python, NLP/LLM, Generative AI

Location: Chennai (Preferred)/ Indore/ Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML/NLP/LLM/Generative-AI models and solutions.
• Develop data pipelines, feature engineering workflows and training/validation processes.
• Implement end-to-end AI product components using Python, FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD, AWS.
• Work with agentic frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and hybrid search.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure scalability, performance and quality across the AI/ML lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical decision-making.
  

What You Bring

• 47 years of ML/AI engineering experience with strong Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, NLU, LLMs, prompt engineering, Generative AI.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, model deployment and cloud (AWS preferred).
• Understanding of LoRA/PEFT, embeddings, vector databases, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
