Sr. Academic Advisor (Female)

• Provide one-on-one and group counselling to students seeking to study abroad — evaluate their academic background, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable countries, universities, courses and program types.
• Assist students in shortlisting universities and courses, balancing aspirational, target and safety options, based on eligibility, cost, and long-term goals.
• Manage and support the entire overseas admissions process: help complete application paperwork, review documents (transcripts, SOP, LORs), liaise with partner institutions, ensure timely submission.
• Guide and support students through visa/immigration procedures: help collect required documentation, prepare for interviews, and monitor compliance with immigration rules.
• Advise on financial planning: provide information on scholarships, grants, education loans, funding options, fee structures, and assist with scholarship/financial aid applications.
• Offer pre-departure preparation and support: including cultural orientation, accommodation planning, travel assistance, and guidance on adjusting to life abroad
• Maintain accurate student records, application data, correspondence and documentation; track deadlines, follow-up communications with students, parents, universities and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate and maintain relationships with international universities, partner institutions, scholarship bodies and other stakeholders to stay updated on admission requirements, program offerings, global education trends and compliance procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
