Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Trainer to join our team at Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to our internal employees, POSPs (Point of Sales Persons/Agents), and B2B partners. Training will primarily revolve around our CRM portal and various insurance product offerings. The selected candidate will first undergo a comprehensive internal training to gain familiarity with our systems and products before taking on the training responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on CRM portal usage, insurance products, and sales processes for employees, agents, and business partners. Simplify complex processes and ensure thorough understanding among trainees. Deliver both online and in-person training sessions as needed. Coordinate with department heads to assess training needs. Prepare training content, presentations, and documentation. Collect feedback and continuously improve training materials. Maintain training records and track participant progress. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Public speaking and confident presentation delivery Presentable and professional demeanor Proficient in spoken English and Hindi Good command of Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint) Ability to simplify and explain technical content to a diverse audience Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field (Training, HR, Business, or Communications preferred) Prior experience in training, sales enablement, or education is a plus Familiarity with insurance products or CRMs is an advantage
