As an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer specializing in Suspension Commodity for Mahindra's BEV Division, your role will focus on ensuring supplier quality, new product development excellence, and maintaining a zero-defect focus for critical EV components. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct technical analysis of issues arising from manufacturing and field operations - Implement containment actions in response to supplier part failures - Perform supplier process audits and drive closure of improvement actions - Provide support for New Product Development to ensure first-time-right execution - Identify process improvements and collaborate on joint Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) - Track and resolve issues across various internal forums - Work towards reducing recurring failures on manufacturing lines **Qualifications Required:** - Strong experience in Suspension Commodity is mandatory - Hands-on experience in Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) - Proficiency in tools such as PPAP, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and conducting supplier audits - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering - Background in the automotive industry with exposure to Electric Vehicles (EVs) is preferred **Location:** Pune (Chakan) In case of any additional details about the company or any other information specified in the job description, please provide and I will include it in the final output.,
