SQA - Electricals and Electronics

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Raptee Energy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical products. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting thorough inspections of materials and products, performing various tests, analyzing data, collaborating with teams, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will be tasked with developing and implementing quality control procedures for electrical products, including testing methodologies and inspection criteria. Your role will involve conducting detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing functional, performance, and reliability testing on electrical components and systems. Analyzing test data and identifying trends or patterns to address potential quality issues proactively will be a key aspect of your job. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintaining accurate documentation of test results, inspection reports, and quality records will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and have proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the electrical industry. Strong knowledge of electrical testing techniques, standards, and regulations (e.g., IEEE, IEC, NEC) is essential. Familiarity with quality management systems and tools such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma is preferred. You should possess excellent analytical skills to interpret technical data and identify trends effectively. Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and communicate quality-related issues are crucial. A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, will be beneficial in this role.
