Role / Position: Scrum Master Experience: 7 + yrs exp Job Type: Permanent Location : PAN India Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices to ensure adherence to Agile methodologies. Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure continuous progress. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog. Track and monitor team performance using Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown, etc.) and drive continuous improvement. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team and across departments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables. Identify risks and dependencies early and collaborate with stakeholders for mitigation. Support Agile transformation initiatives and drive best practices across the organization. Leverage Project Management skills for strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile frameworks. Proven ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, , etc. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align team goals with business objectives. Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Project Management experience (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) is a plus. Certification preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in large-scale Agile transformations. Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with Lean and Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
