Springboot Java Microservices Consultant

Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility is to lead the engagement effort in providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers. You will be involved in every stage from problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. Your role also includes reviewing proposals, analyzing solutions, identifying change management requirements, and proposing structured approaches for managing change using various communication mechanisms. Additionally, you will coach the team, provide training, motivate team members, and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality consulting solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the engagement effort in providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers - Review proposals, provide guidance, and analyze solutions for client business problems - Identify change management requirements and propose structured approaches for managing change - Coach the team, provide subject matter training, and motivate team members - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality consulting solutions Qualification Required: - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Strong business acumen, strategy, and cross-industry thought leadership - Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate - Industry domain knowledge in two or three areas - Understanding of financial processes for various projects and pricing models - Client interfacing skills - Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies - Project and team management skills Please note that the preferred skills include expertise in Java (Core Java, Springboot) and Microservices API Management.,
