Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, and providing technical guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of Spring Boot-based applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Conduct code reviews, identify and address technical debt, and ensure the overall quality of the codebase. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Spring Boot and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Cloud, Microservices, and related technologies. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with RESTful web services, API design, and development. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
