Our products range from miniature collectibles to large decorative pieces. Attention to detail, artistic expression, and color accuracy are the heart of what we do. We are currently looking for a skilled Spray Painter to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces and apply spray paint to idols, sculptures, figurines, and bobbleheads of various sizes. Work with fine detailing as well as larger surface coverage using spray painting tools. Mix and match colors as per design requirements or references. Maintain consistency and precision across batches and pieces. Collaborate with the design and finishing teams to understand artistic direction and color schemes. Conduct touch-ups, layering, and gradient effects where required. Maintain and clean spray painting equipment regularly. Follow safety standards and ensure proper ventilation and protective gear during painting. Identify and report any surface or paint issues to the supervisor. Requirements:Proven experience as a spray painter in a creative or industrial setting (experience with sculptures, toys, or idols is a plus). Strong understanding of color theory, mixing, and finishing techniques. Ability to work on both small intricate pieces and large-sized products with steady hands and attention to detail. Familiarity with various types of paints, primers, and coatings (airbrush experience is a plus). A keen eye for color accuracy and visual detail. Basic knowledge of paint safety and material handling. Willingness to learn and grow with a creative production team. Preferred Qualities:Passion for art, sculpture, or crafts.
