Sports Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Teacher to join our institution and promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a healthy lifestyle among students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical education lessons, coaching various sports, and organizing sports events and competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver structured physical education classes in accordance with the curriculum.
• Teach a variety of sports including team games, individual activities, and fitness training.
• Promote physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices among students.
• Develop students’ physical abilities, motor skills, and sportsmanship.
• Prepare students for inter-school and intra-school sports competitions.
• Organize and supervise extracurricular sports programs and clubs.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during physical activities.
• Maintain sports equipment and ensure proper use of facilities.
• Keep accurate records of student progress and participation.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to support the overall development of students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a PE or Sports Teacher is preferred.
• Knowledge of rules, techniques, and strategies for a wide range of sports.
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
