You will be working as a Sports Risk Analyst for a UK-based technology and service company, providing support functions to the sister company BresBet. Your main responsibility will be to keep customers happy by providing support to the UK Data team overnight. Here is a breakdown of what you will be doing: - Provide back-up support to the trading team and ensure correct pricing of markets. - Monitor customer behaviors and patterns for customer profiling. - Assist customers in resolving any issues they may have. - Inform the UK Trading team of overnight trading activities. - Collaborate effectively with other teams such as technical support and compliance. - Ensure customers use services responsibly. To be a perfect match for this role, you should: - Hold a degree or masters qualification. - Possess Sports Data knowledge. - Be capable of making quick decisions under pressure. - Ideally have work experience in the iGaming industry. - Have strong mathematical skills. - Be proficient in English communication. - Work well in a team. - Have basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Be eager to learn and have a positive outlook. This full-time permanent position is based in Gurugram, Haryana, requiring 8.5-hour shifts, 5 days a week between 10:00pm and 09:00am, including weekends and holidays on a rota basis.
