Sports Programme Intern

As an Operations and Sales & Marketing Coordinator for AKC 2024, your role involves coordinating with Main Organizers for sports kit and other collaterals, training Assessors on conducting tests and using AKC Software, finalizing event dates with schools, and ensuring smooth event execution. You will generate reports, identify top performers, and provide physical support during initial events if required. Your responsibilities in Sales & Marketing include identifying potential schools, sending invitations, meeting with school heads to explain AKC benefits, registering schools for the event, and convincing them to conduct the event independently. You will also share test results, reports, and information about top performers and potential City Finals Events. To conduct AKC 2024 effectively, you should have experience in event management and sales of services in schools, strong communication and coordination skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, technical knowledge of athletics (running, jumping, throwing), and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
