Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Conduct cold calls, school visits, and follow-ups to generate new leads and build a strong pipeline. Pitch sports championship events and training camp offerings to school principals, sports coordinators, and management. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to each school’s sports needs. Achieve monthly targets for school onboarding, student participation, and event enrollments. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key school stakeholders including principals, PE teachers, sports heads, and coaches. Act as a trusted advisor to schools, ensuring continued engagement and satisfaction with our offerings. Maintain regular contact and provide after-sales support to partner schools for program execution. Event & Program Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of championships and training camps at the school level. This tech-enabled, multi-discipline, regional sports tournament truly revolutionized sports at the school level. Enabling us to nurture, monitor, and groom future champs from a very young age. We are endeavoring to build India's largest multi-sport technology and media platform. On the ground, we execute our own SFA championships, which is an Olympic-style school sports championship where 15000 children from 500+ schools compete in 30 disciplines of the sport to crown the best school for sport in a city. We are currently in Mumbai and Hyderabad and will take this to over 25 cities in the next 3 years.

You will also be tasked with identifying new group-level accounts to expand the championship footprint, achieving revenue targets, and representing the organization at various forums and conferences. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Sports Management, Education, or related fields, along with 5-8 years of experience in key account management, B2B/enterprise sales, or institutional partnerships. You should have a proven track record in managing client accounts, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams. Passion for youth sports and education, along with willingness to travel extensively, are essential for this role.
