Sports Facility Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sports Facility Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is a part-time role perfect for individuals who are passionate about sports and customer engagement. You will assist in handling walk-ins, sales follow-ups, coaching support, billing, and coordination between departments to ensure a smooth facility experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert walk-ins to registrations.
• Support the coaching team during sessions (setup, coordination, attendance tracking).
• Assist with daily billing and payment tracking.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Ops Manager for daily updates and reporting.
• Maintain a welcoming and energetic environment for members and guests.
• Uphold brand values and facility standards during interactions.

Requirements

• Interest in sports and fitness industry (prior experience is a plus).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and reporting.
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
