Sports Coaches

You are required to identify and nurture sports talent, develop various sports teams, participate in competitive sports, lead and develop high-performing sports teams and athletes at all levels, develop training programs for athletes, continually develop and monitor performance, provide regular performance reports, and handle any other tasks as assigned from time to time. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and nurture sports talent - Develop various sports teams - Participate in competitive sports - Lead and develop high-performing sports teams and athletes at all levels - Develop training programs for athletes - Continually develop and monitor performance - Provide regular performance reports - Handle any other tasks as assigned from time to time Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Equivalent in Coaching from Sports Authority of India, NSNIS, or other recognized Indian / Foreign University - Medal Winner in Olympics / World Championship - 2 times Olympics Participation - Dhronacharya Awardee - International Participation in MYAS recognized sport events Please note that the salary for this position ranges from Rs. 50,000 to 70,000 per month based on experience. Additionally, a specific requirement for this role is to be self-motivated with a proven record of excellent sports performance, flexible, totally dependable, and ready to travel. Salary will be no bar for experienced and talented candidates.
