Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and conduct regular physical education and sports sessions.
Identify and nurture students talent in various sports disciplines (e.g., cricket, football, basketball, athletics, etc.).
Prepare students for inter-house, inter-school, district, and national-level sports competitions.
Maintain discipline and ensure the safety of students during sports activities.
Collaborate with the school management and academic team for event planning like Annual Sports Day, fitness assessments, and training camps.
Monitor and maintain sports equipment and field infrastructure.
Promote a healthy and active lifestyle among students.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed/M.P.Ed) or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Sports Coach in a reputed school or sports academy.
Strong knowledge of sports rules, techniques, and coaching methods.
Passionate about sports and student development.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
First aid knowledge will be an added advantage.
