Sports Biomechanist

As a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Sanjeevini Life Care Village, you will be responsible for creating and implementing evidence-based training programs aimed at enhancing athletic performance, aiding in rehabilitation, and fostering overall physical well-being for a diverse clientele, including athletes, corporate professionals, and senior citizens. Your primary duties will include designing personalized strength and conditioning regimes for individuals and groups based on their objectives and physical assessments. Collaboration with physiotherapists, sports medicine experts, and nutritionists will be vital to ensure a comprehensive care strategy. Additionally, you will conduct fitness assessments, monitor client progress through data-driven evaluations, and provide guidance on proper form, injury prevention, and recovery techniques. Furthermore, you will offer performance training to sports teams and athletes associated with the center, while upholding stringent safety standards in training environments. Participation in wellness workshops, outreach programs, and performance clinics will also be part of your role. To be considered for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field. Certification from recognized bodies such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM-PES, ACE, or equivalent is required. A minimum of 3 years of coaching experience in clinical, sports, or wellness settings is preferred, along with a solid understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation methods. Desirable qualities include prior experience working with diverse populations, a passion for holistic wellness, and the ability to adapt programs to complement Ayurveda or traditional therapies when necessary.
