The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in sports administration or women's football, hold an MBA or Sports Management qualification, and possess in-depth knowledge of the women's football ecosystem and regulatory framework. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, parents, and external partners 4. A strong understanding of the unique dynamics and operational complexities of a large university campus.
