Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Teach spoken English to students in schools, colleges, and community centers.
Conduct interactive sessions, role plays, group discussions, and activities to improve fluency, grammar, and confidence.
Travel to different assigned schools, colleges, and community locations to conduct sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practice worksheets as per learner levels.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
Motivate learners to use English in daily conversations and real-life scenarios.
Report class updates, attendance, and progress to the coordinator/management.

Requirements:

Graduate in English / Education / or any relevant field.
Prior experience as a Spoken English Teacher / Trainer preferred.
Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel regularly to schools, colleges, and community locations.
Patience, enthusiasm, and ability to engage learners of all levels.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with NGOs, schools, or community-based programs.
Ability to use creative and activity-based teaching methods.
Knowledge of digital teaching tools will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
