Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to help students enhance their fluency, pronunciation, and confidence in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive spoken English classes for students of varying proficiency levels.
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans focusing on conversation, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Use modern teaching methodologies (role-plays, group discussions, audio-visual aids).
• Motivate and encourage students to practice English in real-life scenarios.
• Assist in developing study materials (worksheets, presentations, recordings).
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide extra support to weak learners.
• Maintain student attendance and performance records.
• Stay updated with new teaching trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English (Mandatory).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in teaching spoken English (Freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Excellent command of British/American English (Accent & Pronunciation).
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and ability to handle diverse learners (students/professionals).
• Creative approach to making learning fun and effective.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts (if required).
