Job Description

Conduct engaging Spoken English sessions (individual & group) focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and soft skills.
Assess students current language proficiency and design tailored learning plans.
Use interactive teaching methodologies, role plays, discussions, and activities to enhance communication skills.
Guide students in improving listening, speaking, and conversational abilities for academic, professional, and social purposes.
Provide constructive feedback and track student progress through regular evaluations and assessments.
Maintain class discipline, student attendance, and progress records.
Support in curriculum development and contribute ideas to improve course delivery.
Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and additional practice classes as required.
Stay updated with new teaching methods, tools, and trends in language training.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Certification in English language training (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.) is an advantage.
Proven experience in Spoken English training or ESL teaching.
Excellent command over English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and build student confidence.
Familiarity with digital tools (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Office) for online/offline training.
