Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to serve as a Driver cum Office Boy. The role involves providing safe and timely transportation for staff, guests, and documents, as well as assisting with day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities: Driving Duties:

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, visitors, and materials as assigned.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of team members, clients, and deliveries.
• Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition at all times.
• Conduct regular checks on vehicle oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.
• Immediately report any vehicle damage, accidents, or maintenance issues.
• Ensure all vehicle documents (registration, insurance, etc.) are valid and up to date.

Office Support Duties:

• Assist in delivering or collecting documents, packages, and other items between offices or clients.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
• Serve beverages to guests and staff when required.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Support in setting up meeting rooms and preparing materials for meetings.
• Handle errands and minor purchasing duties as directed by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Valid UAE (or relevant country) driving license with a clean record.
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience (preferably with a company).
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Basic communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
• Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
