Role Description

English language & Soft Skills Teachers

CANDIDATE MUST

The role also involves meeting principals and speaking to parents for program enrollment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call and meet school principals to discuss our programs
2. Speak to concerned parents for enrollment
3. Conduct training sessions on a variety of topics related to communication, soft skills, and life skills.

Compensation:

1. Fixed salary of Rs 20,000/ month

   for all business development activities, such as meeting principals and speaking to parents
2. In addition, for

   online training sessions,

   the candidate will receive

   Rs 300/ hour

3. The candidate will also receive

   additional pay for student and school enrollments

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, Education, or a related field. Certification in Image Consulting or Soft Skills Training is a plus.

3+ years experience in soft skills training, personality development, or spoken English training with school students.

Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
