Experience with tendering, contract negotiations, and high-value sales processes. Strong understanding of factory automation and the ability to conceptualize automation solutions efficiently. Ability to quickly create automation concepts using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Unigraphics, or CATIA . Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to provide instant rough sketches of concepts for customer discussions. Skills & Attributes: Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3D simulation tools, and industrial software is a plus. Team player with leadership and problem-solving abilities.
