Key responsibilities Market Research & Lead Generation: Proactively research the assigned territory to identify new business opportunities and target customers for Splashjet inkjet inks. Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present Splashjet's high-quality ink solutions tailored to their requirements. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement: Drive sales growth by converting leads into loyal customers, negotiating deals, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of Splashjet's diverse range of inkjet inks and their applications to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and provide valuable feedback to the sales and product development teams. Qualifications Proven experience in field sales or a similar role, ideally within the printing or related industry. Strong understanding of market research, lead generation, and sales conversion processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and adept at working independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle required for extensive travel within the assigned territory.
