Understand the objectives, responsibilities, and mission of the CAD department and works towards those goals. Prioritize and plan work activities; adapt for changing conditions. Generate 3D models from diagnostic CT images and use commercial and research software to design patient specific implants and surgical instruments. Work independently to achieve departmental and personal goals. Plan and manage workload effectively and efficiently. Works with all departments to facilitate and implement new designs, engineering changes, and software development for CAD processes. Perform tasks under the company FDA and ISO-conforming quality system. Execute paperwork and Conformis Information System functions as necessary for each implant. Acknowledge and participate in research programs, quality assurance, and quality improvement projects carried on in the company. Preferred candidate profile Exposure towards using 3D CAD modeling software, SolidWorks is preferred. A Diploma in an Engineering field or equivalent education. Willingness to work flexible hours & work from home as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel abroad if needed Able to work accurately in a fast-paced, hectic, ever-changing environment with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to monitor own work to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness. Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills. Able to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team. Be able to follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy and quality in documentation and data. Must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to diverse roles as a member of the corporate team. A Diploma or Graduate in an Engineering field or equivalent education. Candidate must be good in solidworks. Candidate should have trained himself for few months and must practice regularly. Must be ready to work in shifts, either 6 AM to 3 PM or 3PM to 12 AM.

Assure compliance with the requirements set forth by US FDA QSR and ISO regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned. Preferred candidate profile Candidate must have experience in MasterCAM software. Able to work accurately in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to monitor own work to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness. Able to work in any shift as requested by management Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills. Able to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team. Extensive experience in CNC CAD/CAM programming. Understanding of GMP. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated English reading and writing skills. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work. Education and Experience: Strong computer skills. Experience with Mastercam or other CNC CAD/CAM programs. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Certificate or Associate in CAD preferred. Medical Device/GMP experience preferred. Advanced CAD SolidWorks experience preferred.
