Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understand the objectives, responsibilities, and mission of the Production department and work towards those goals.
Prioritize and plan work activities; adapt for changing conditions.
CAM programming of patient specific implants.
Process development, continuous improvements, and lean manufacturing.
Assure compliance with the requirements set forth by US FDA QSR and ISO regulations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have experience in MasterCAM software.
Able to work accurately in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to monitor own work to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness.
Able to work in any shift as requested by management
Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
Able to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team.
Extensive experience in CNC CAD/CAM programming.
Understanding of GMP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated English reading and writing skills.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work.

Education and Experience:

Strong computer skills.
Experience with Mastercam or other CNC CAD/CAM programs.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Certificate or Associate in CAD preferred.
Medical Device/GMP experience preferred.
Advanced CAD SolidWorks experience preferred.
