Job Description:
We are looking for a Spine Trauma & Arthroscopy Surgery Assistant with 2 to 5 years of experience specifically in handling spine trauma and arthroscopy surgery cases. The candidate must have prior experience working either with a medical device company or with its distributor, especially in OT support for implants and orthopedic instruments. The primary responsibility is to ensure the surgeon receives all required surgical instruments and implants accurately, timely, and efficiently during the procedure.
Key Responsibilities:-Assist surgeons by providing required instruments and implants promptly.- Prepare the OT with necessary equipment, sets, and implants.- Coordinate with the company/distributor for implant availability.- Ensure sterilization, arrangement, and readiness of all instruments.- Provide intra-operative support and maintain smooth surgical workflow.- Maintain OT documentation, case records, and checklists.- Follow safety and infection control protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2 to 5 years of OT assistance experience in spine trauma and arthroscopy cases.- Must have worked with a medical device company or authorized distributor.- Strong knowledge of orthopedic/spine implants and instruments.- Good communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure surgical environments.-
