Speech Therapist / Sr. Speech Therapist

Role Overview: As a Speech Therapist at our company in Mumbai, you will be responsible for adhering to departmental policies, protocols, and procedures while maintaining quality assurance programs and safety standards. You will work in a multidisciplinary team and evaluate speech and language, swallow assessment, and cognitive-linguistic evaluation. Additionally, you will diagnose and plan for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders by evaluating test results and medical background information. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate speech and language, swallow assessment, and cognitive-linguistic evaluation - Diagnose and plan for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders - Assess swallowing dysfunction in neurological and cancer patients - Educate and instruct patients" families/appropriate personnel regarding communication disorders - Use equipment like vitalstim to improve dysphagia - Interface with the rehabilitation team and medical staff on the patient's treatment plan - Develop home and community programs for patients - Diagnose, intervene, and manage children with behavioral and neurological speech disorders - Conduct diagnostic evaluations including standardized testing and oral motor exams - Manage unconscious patients and individuals with disabilities with compassion - Participate in educational programs and clinical research - Be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative and protocols of the organization Qualification Required: - MASLP degree - 5+ years of experience required for Senior Speech Therapist role, freshers eligible for Speech Therapist role,
