Speech Therapist

As a Speech Therapist at Mom's Belief, your role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating children with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will be responsible for conducting detailed assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, providing therapy sessions, maintaining progress reports, and educating parents on therapy goals and techniques. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and staying updated with the latest research in speech therapy will be essential for holistic child development. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations for children with speech and communication concerns. - Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans. - Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions, both in-person and/or online. - Maintain detailed progress reports and documentation. - Educate and guide parents and caregivers on therapy goals, techniques, and home practice. - Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and other team members for holistic child development. - Participate in regular case discussions, training programs, and team meetings. - Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech and language therapy. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP). - Experience: 15 years of experience in pediatric speech therapy (Freshers with strong clinical internship experience can also apply). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work with children with autism, ADHD, speech delay, and other developmental challenges. - Compassionate, patient, and creative in therapy approaches. - Proficiency in documenting therapy sessions and creating reports.
