1. Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children.
2. Administer standardized tests and tools for accurate assessment.
3. Prepare detailed assessment and diagnostic reports.
4. Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.
5. Conduct effective, engaging, and child-centered therapy sessions.
6. Reassess children periodically and prepare quarterly progress reports.
7. Provide augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and support when required.
8. Educate, guide, and train parents/caregivers for home-based carryover and reinforcement of therapy goals.
9. Work on therapy conversions by effectively engaging parents during evaluations.
10. Discuss progress with parents at the end of each month and obtain signed feedback forms.
11. Maintain therapy documentation, attendance records, and session reports.
12. Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports and goal sheets.
13. Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy for all client records.
14. Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to ensure therapy retention.
15. Collaborate with centre head, co-therapists, and reporting managers to ensure smooth operations.
16. Participate in team meetings, parent workshops, and professional development sessions.
17. Uphold Moms Beliefs values of empathy, professionalism, and teamwork in every interaction.

Education & Experience:

• Education:

  Bachelors or Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP).

• Experience:

  03 years (experience in paediatric cases preferred).
