Specialist, Vendor/Order Management

As a part of Centric Brands, a leading lifestyle brand collective with a focus on customer satisfaction and brand innovation, you will be responsible for various key tasks related to order management, vendor management, data analysis, and reporting. Your specific responsibilities will include utilizing internal systems such as SAP/PLM/IBT to process and modify Purchase Orders efficiently, ensuring the accuracy of PO/SO/Material costing, and timely transmission of Purchase Orders to the Infor Nexus system. You will also monitor the status of invoicing and documentation submissions, as well as coordinate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate smooth shipment arrangements. In terms of vendor management, you will troubleshoot and monitor any issues regarding the Infor Nexus system for vendors and factories, establish and maintain Vendor and Factory profiles across various platforms, and coordinate on-boarding training for new vendors and factories while maintaining records. Additionally, you will be responsible for data analysis and reporting by collecting data from Business Units to prepare regular reports, assisting in creating Vendor Score Cards to evaluate vendor and factory performance, and analyzing data from vendors to track cotton chains associated with Purchase Orders. You should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, experience or expertise in SAP, ability to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting deadlines with attention to detail, and good verbal and written English communication skills. If you have less experience, you will still be considered for the position of Specialist, Vendor & Order Management. Furthermore, as part of our team, you are expected to exhibit behavioral competencies such as transparency, collaboration, effective communication, conflict management, problem-solving, self-motivation, and a positive mindset. Proficiency in English is a must, and fluency in Mandarin would be a plus.
