Specialist - UI / UX Web Designer

Role Overview: As a User Experience (UX) Designer at Lennox International Inc., you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI/UX design, collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining design systems and guidelines, ensuring visual consistency, and creating custom icons and illustrations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and enhance design processes - Analyze user feedback and iterate to improve user experience - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively - Develop high-fidelity prototypes for Desktop, Tab, and Mobile platforms - Design visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications - Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered design solutions - Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency across digital platforms - Design custom icons and illustrations to enhance user experience - Adapt designs for various screen sizes and devices for responsive design - Create subtle animations and micro interactions for enhanced usability - Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in design execution - Continuously iterate on design processes for improved efficiency and quality - Contribute to the team's knowledge base Qualifications: - 5-8 years of expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator - Mandatory online portfolio demonstrating UX and UI skills,
