Specialist - UI / UX Web Designer

You will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance design processes and outputs. You will analyze user feedback and activity and iterate to enhance the user experience. Your role will involve creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. You will develop high-fidelity prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look for Desktop, Tab, and Mobile. In the capacity of UI/UX Design, you will design and deliver visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaboration with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs is crucial. Your collaboration and communication skills will be put to the test as you work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, product managers, product management, and marketing team, to deliver user-centered design solutions. You will present and defend design decisions based on design principles and user research. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. Staying updated with industry trends and competitor products will be essential to ensure our design standards are current. Maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual language across all digital platforms, ensuring brand guidelines are followed, will be crucial. Your role will also involve designing custom icons and illustrations that enhance user experience and communicate complex concepts effectively. Adapting designs for various screen sizes and devices to ensure seamless functionality and aesthetics across platforms is a key aspect. Creating subtle animations and micro interactions that enhance usability and delight users by providing visual feedback and guidance during interactions will be part of your responsibilities. You are expected to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in design execution, pixel-perfect alignment, and the accuracy of design assets provided to developers. Continuous iteration on design processes and frameworks to improve the efficiency and quality of design output, as well as contributing to the team's knowledge base, will be essential for success in this role. Qualified candidates should possess 5 - 8 years of Expertise knowledge in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and other Adobe Creative Suite software like Photoshop and Illustrator. An online portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI skills is mandatory.,
