As a Manager of Tech Recruitment at Propellence Consulting, you will be entrusted with overseeing the complete recruitment process for the designated mandates of our international clients. Your role will involve delving into the intricacies of job descriptions, sourcing suitable candidates using sophisticated search methodologies, and harnessing the power of social media for candidate outreach and mandate promotion. Effective communication and coordination with candidates and clients for various recruitment processes will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Ideally, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology or tech recruitment domain, gained through working with agencies or technology companies. Your proficiency in both written and verbal communication will be crucial, along with a robust grasp of different technologies and skillsets. The ability to unearth passive candidates and business data, coupled with a deep understanding of search engine syntax across various platforms, will set you apart in this role. Moreover, having a technical educational background such as BE, BCS, MCM, etc., will be advantageous. Your adeptness in leveraging social media platforms for candidate sourcing and marketing will be pivotal in driving successful recruitment outcomes. If you have experience in the APAC regions and recruitment in Japan, it will be considered a valuable asset.
