As a Specialist / Senior Specialist - SAP Fiori UI/UX Designer at Linde Global Support Services Pvt. You will collaborate with developers, functional, and business colleagues to ensure best practice UI/UX for Fiori apps, maximizing user adoption. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deep hands-on experience of Figma for wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, and developer handoff - Good knowledge of SAP standard Fiori application designs in S/4HANA systems - Solid understanding of SAP Fiori design guidelines, floorplans, and SAPUI5 controls - Proficiency in planning and conducting user workshops, research, usability testing, and translating findings into design decisions - Familiarity with accessibility standards, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design - Experience with SAP BTP Work Zone, SAP S/4HANA Launchpad, SAPUI5 web/mobile apps, and role-based UI layouts - Exposure to OData-driven UIs, Smart Controls, and SAP Fiori Adaptation Frameworks - Knowledge of Fiori custom theming, light/dark mode considerations, and Agile/Scrum methodologies **Qualifications Required:** - 8-12 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on enterprise applications - Degree or equivalent from a reputed institute in Design, HCI, UX, or related field - Formal training or Certification in related technology/process areas desired - Strong portfolio showcasing responsive enterprise UI, data-heavy workflows, and mobile patterns - Technical knowledge in specific technical areas and experience working in offshore teams - Experience leading UI/UX design workshops, attention to detail in design, and excellent communication skills As part of Linde Global Support Services Pvt.
