Specialist SDET

AGDATA is looking for a Specialist SDET to contribute to the design and building of our software offerings. Our engineering team works with .NET in an Agile environment, utilizing Azure DevOps Pipelines and Release. The definition of "DONE" includes writing automated tests for seamless full regression on releases. Our focus is on doing things right and seeking feedback for continuous improvement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in story refinement sessions, collaborate with Product Owner and Developers to deliver quality, write and maintain test cases, automate test cases based on priority, participate in code reviews, monitor Azure Release for regression bugs, work with geo-distributed teams, be vocal during Retrospective meetings, and manage quality and bugs reports in all stages of releases. To be successful in this role, you should have 7 - 10 years of experience as an SDET, 3+ years of experience with Selenium WebDriver and Grid, 2+ years of experience testing web API through code, strong experience in OOP design with C# / Java programming skills (C# preferred), ability to write complex SQL queries for data validation, knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools, ability to recognize errors and assess risks within applications/processes, working knowledge of Visual Studio 2016+ and Git, 1+ year of experience with CI/CD pipelines, understanding of ROI and risk for ad-hoc testing, test automation, code coverage, and feature coverage, and a passion for design, development, and quality.
